Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, manuals, or accessories.

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at contact@glowhair.store within 30 days of receiving your order.
    Please include your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable).

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Important:

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If rejected:

  • We will contact you with the reason and return the item to you if necessary.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@glowhair.store with photos and a detailed description.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@glowhair.store  within 2 hours of placing it.
We cannot guarantee cancellations after the order has been processed or shipped.
